2024 Blended Gruit
Gruit is a Millenia old European style Ale made without hops. Instead, Gruit is flavoured with locally grown and foraged botanicals giving a close regional connection to Country.
In this case we used Black Tea Tree and Horehound to build a balanced depth of herbaceous bitterness. Sage Flower and Raw Honey round out the light acidity adding body, freshness and a lift of floral meadow to the nose.
