SOUR HOUSE

A very fresh kettle soured wheat beer brewed in the Berlinner Wiesse style. Dry hopping liberally with Nelson Sauvin hops brings flavours of lemon curd, green pear, gooseberry and nectarine. A perfect match with Seafood.

XPA

Brewed with 100% NSW grown Organic Malts and Australian hops to produce tropical aromas of mango, guava and mandarin with back notes of dank pine. Dry with a medium bitterness. An excellent pair with fried or spicy cuisine such as barbequed meats or Indian curry.

DARK MATTER

Full flavoured Dark Ale brewed to an English Porter style. A generous blend of 6 specialty grains from Voyager Craft Malt, Whitton NSW, lends velvet body and subtle caramello, coffee and chocolate notes to ward off the winter blues. Diverse with food – bring on the stew over fire.

HARVEST IPA

Seasonal release with fresh hops grown 15km from Bathurst by Long Point Hops. Tropical aroma of pineapple and rock-melon with back notes of citrus and pine. Balanced malt profile with medium bitterness and excellent length on the palate. Pair with spice, smoke and BBQ.
